Mailbox Service

£40 + VAT per month
One-off setup fee: £30 + VAT
Minimum term: 3 months (payable in advance)

Our mailbox service allows you to use the Clavering House address on your website, marketing materials, and other business communications. Post and small parcels are received securely and stored for collection during reception opening hours.

After the initial three-month term, the service can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice.

Optional Add-On Services

Registered Office Address

£20 + VAT (one-time fee)
Use Clavering House as your registered office address with Companies House for the duration of an active mailbox service.

Mail Forwarding

£7.50 + VAT per month
Mail forwarded weekly to the home address of a director or beneficial owner, by standard first class post.

Mail Scanning (Scan to Email)

£7.50 + VAT per month
Mail opened and scanned on the day it arrives, with copies sent by email. Originals can either be stored for collection, or securely destroyed with our confidential waste.

Mail Scanning & Forwarding

£12 + VAT per month
Mail scanned on receipt, with original documents forwarded to the home address of a director or beneficial owner.

Telephone Answering Service

£45 + VAT per month
A professional telephone answering service, available as an add-on to your mailbox service or as a standalone service.

Applying for virtual office services

To apply for any of the above services, please complete our online virtual office application form.
Once your application has been reviewed, we’ll issue an invoice for your selected services and confirm the next steps.

Additional services

Clavering House also offers a range of meeting rooms available for hourly or daily hire. Virtual office clients receive a 10% discount on all meeting room bookings, subject to availability.
