What we offer
Services
- Rent a serviced office in Newcastle city centre – exceptionally competitive rates and flexible packages designed to suit your exact needs.
- Hire a meeting room, training room, boardroom or consulting room for between 2 and 40 people for only £40/hr + VAT.
- Use our virtual office service including the use of our prestigious mailing address. Packages start from as little as £35 + VAT per month with a one-time £20 + VAT set-up fee.
Superfast broadband
When it comes to communications, we offer nothing less than cutting-edge – our recent investment in super-fast fibre broadband for our business customers is a testament to that!
Parking
We have our own secure gated car park. Car parking spaces can be rented with many of our serviced offices to let, a rarity in Newcastle city centre.
You can also pre-book parking spaces for your visitors on a pay-as-you-go basis, and additional public parking is also available in close proximity to the building.
