We have a rare opportunity to move into one of our private office suites in Clavering House! Becoming available in the next few months, our basement suite is made up of one large (and quirky!) open plan space, with two smaller adjoining offices and a breakout area, which totals 1173 sq ft.  Viewings are being booked in now, so don’t delay! 

The suite can be provided fully furnished if required, and is offered on a 12 month agreement with a 2 month notice period.  Like all of our offices, the suite comes fully serviced, so your rent is an all-inclusive price. 

Clavering House is a Grade II listed building just a 2 minutes walk from Newcastle Central railway station, and on the edge of the newly developed Stephenson Quarter.
