From June 2022, we have our lovely top floor 600sqft office becoming available – and we don’t think it’ll be long before one lucky company will be calling it home! It has some of the best views in the building, and so much natural light it feels twice the size.
The office, which can be provided fully furnished if required, is offered on a 12 month agreement with a 2 month notice period. Like all of the spaces within Clavering House, this office comes fully serviced, so your rent is an all-inclusive price.
Clavering House is a Grade II listed building just a 2 minutes walk from Newcastle Central railway station, and on the edge of the newly developed Stephenson Quarter.

A new Newcastle training venue launched at Clavering House
We're SO pleased to be able to announce that in response to high demand we've opened another new Newcastle training venue at Clavering House Business Centre, for up to 30 people classroom style and 50 theatre style.
This adds to our already pretty extensive suite of meeting and training rooms that we have for hire here in the city centre, including our ever-popular event space on the ground floor.
This new Newcastle training venue is a bit special too, particularly, I may say, if you happen to be a rail enthusiast! Clavering House Business Centre is so close to the railway station, this 2nd floor training room literally looks out onto the train track. You even get a great view of the Tyne Bridge too! Newcastle Business Centre client FW Capital in the news
Clavering House Newcastle Business Centre plays host to all sorts of different businesses. Some rent a serviced office because they want a convenient base in Newcastle city centre, and others take on our virtual office services which enables them to take advantage of an office in the city without needing to rent an office!
One of our favourite customers, FW Capital, who have located their business in Clavering House Newcastle Business Centre, have recently been in the news as a result of a £500k investment they've made through the North East Growth Plus Fund (which they manage) in Chester-Le-Street based company Pacifica Group who are setting up a new site in Washington. The investment will contribute to Pacifica creating 45 new jobs, which is fantastic news.
